✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund for physical products purchased via our website within 14 days of delivery if:

The item does not match the description

You received the wrong item
ℹ️ We do not accept returns for change of mind. All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
🚫 Services Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of our business, completed services (e.g., heat pump cleaning, HVAC servicing) are non-refundable unless:

There is a clear issue with the workmanship, and

You notify us within 5 business days of the completed service
In such cases, we will investigate and, if appropriate, re-perform the service at no cost.

💰 Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

We do not refund any shipping fees unless the product was faulty or incorrect
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product, you will need to request a refund and place a new order.
📦 Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will advise whether:

You are responsible for return shipping costs
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
