🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Airfix, we’re committed to providing high-quality service and products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund for physical products purchased via our website within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The item does not match the description

  • You received the wrong item

ℹ️ We do not accept returns for change of mind. All items must be unused and in their original packaging.


🚫 Services Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of our business, completed services (e.g., heat pump cleaning, HVAC servicing) are non-refundable unless:

  • There is a clear issue with the workmanship, and

  • You notify us within 5 business days of the completed service

In such cases, we will investigate and, if appropriate, re-perform the service at no cost.


🔁 How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at help.airfix@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Date of purchase

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.


💰 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • We do not refund any shipping fees unless the product was faulty or incorrect


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product, you will need to request a refund and place a new order.


📦 Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will advise whether:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label, or

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
